Martin Pai was a registered professional engineer in Civil Engineering with states of Connecticut, New York, and California serving both public and private sectors for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor degree in hydraulic engineering from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, Republic of China, and a Master degree in civil and environmental engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York University. He has joined the real estate business as Nevada State licensed salesperson with the Nevada Real Estate Corporate since 2014.
